Jennifer Brakenhoff | Assistant Coach

Jennifer Brakenhoff is entering her first season as an assistant women’s soccer coach at Concordia-Chicago.

A native of Litchfield, Illinois, Brakenhoff was a three-year starter at Greenville college where she helped guide her team to the SLIAC playoffs in three of her four years there. Most recently she played for the Chicago Eagles which are based out of Wheaton, Illinois.

“Jennifer is a great addition to our staff,” said head coach Chris Brown. “She is young and eager to get into the college game. She has an appetite to learn and grow as a coach and her confidence in speaking the game and with players will help her transition from player to coach very quickly.”

Jennifer’s coaching experience includes coaching a U-10 team in Greenville, Illinois along with coaching a co-ed high school team at Oakdale Christian Academy.

Brakenhoff received her bachelor’s degree in sports management while receiving a minor in coaching. She is currently enrolled in a graduate school program and is working towards her master’s degree in sports leadership. Additionally, she will be working with the Chicago Edge Soccer Club in River Forest.

Jennifer currently has her USSF E License and resides in Melrose Park, IL.
